- Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping costs: Free shipping (for orders over $100).

We ship within Australia and New Zealand at this time.
Order End Time
We will start processing your purchase the same day if you place it by 5:00 pm.
Order Delivery
It takes us 1-2 business days to process your purchase after you put it. Following processing, your order will be dispatched, and delivery should take 3–10 business days. In high/festive periods, we may experience some delays in shipping our products to you. We will always aim to deliver within the above timeframes, but please note that this can vary.

Shipping is free on any order over $100.
Order Cancelling
As soon as you place your order, please get in touch with customer service if you would like to cancel it. They will guide you through the cancellation process.
Orders delayed
Kindly give yourself an extra two days and don't forget to utilise your tracking code. Please get in touch with us using your order number if your package hasn't arrived by then.
Orders that are damaged or inaccurate:
Have you received your package successfully, but it was damaged or the wrong things were delivered? Kindly contact us with your order number, take pictures of the issue, and provide a concise description of what's wrong.
